Rolly’s leadership, mentorship, and unwavering commitment to mission success shaped Sawdey for more than a decade. From operational excellence to growing our people and our portfolio, his impact will be felt for years to come.
Karen’s dedication, professionalism, and steady presence supported Sawdey through incredible growth and change. For over 11 years, she played a critical role in contract administration, subcontract management, and helping guide our transition from a small to large business.
Melissa joined during a pivotal moment in Sawdey’s history and built a people-first HR organization that earned consistent praise from employees nationwide. A trusted leader and advisor, her continued involvement—even in retirement—speaks volumes about her commitment and care.
We are endlessly thankful for Rolly, Karen, and Melissa, for their service, their leadership, and the legacy they leave behind. We wish Mike and Karen a joyful, fulfilling retirement and are grateful that Melissa will continue to be part of the Sawdey journey.
